Search Queries: On-site searches performed using our instant search bar execute entirely inside your browser via an indexed client-side JSON file. Your search keystrokes are not sent to any external analytics tracking service.

2. Foreign Births Register (FBR) Checklist Privacy

The interactive checklist provided on our Irish Citizenship page uses your browser's localStorage API.

Important Guarantee: Any boxes you check regarding your birth certificates, marriage certificates, or grandparent documents remain solely on your personal device. They are never transmitted across the network, stored on our servers, or accessible to third parties. Clearing your browser cache will reset your checklist.

3. We Never Sell or Monetize Your Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your email address or personal details to data brokers, commercial advertisers, or external genealogy services. We do not participate in cross-site retargeting networks.

To request immediate, permanent deletion of your email address from our subscriber records, simply send an email to privacy@america.irish.

Our platform links to official government and academic repositories, including the National Archives of Ireland, the National Library of Ireland, AskAboutIreland (Griffith’s Valuation), Castle Garden, and Ireland.ie (Department of Foreign Affairs).
